  1. Data Controller

    We collect personal data such as name, surname, email address, and phone number voluntarily provided by users through contact forms or appointment requests.

  3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

    Personal data will be processed exclusively for the following purposes:

    • Scheduling appointments and contacting users interested in the offered services.
    • Managing communications between the data controller and the data subject.

    Processing is based on the consent of the data subject pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

    Personal data are processed using manual, IT, and telematic tools with appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or improper disclosure, in compliance with Articles 32 and 25 GDPR.

    Personal data will be kept only for the time necessary to complete the appointment or the established relationship. Subsequently, data will be deleted or anonymized without delay and in any case within the maximum period provided by law or applicable regulations.

  7. Data Disclosure and Communication

    Data will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties, except for legal obligations or the need to communicate with third parties strictly involved in providing the service, always in compliance with GDPR.

  8. Rights of the Data Subject

    The data subject has the right, in accordance with Articles 15-22 GDPR, to:

    • Obtain correction or deletion of the data;
    • Obtain restriction of processing;
    • Object to processing for legitimate reasons;
    • Receive data in a portable format (portability);
    • Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal;
    • Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
    • To exercise these rights, the data subject can send a written request to the data controller’s email address.

  9. Provision of Data and Consequences

    Providing data is optional but necessary for scheduling appointments and contacts. Refusal may make it impossible to provide the requested services.
